1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TSA AI Members Community platform ("Platform"), operated by TSA AI Solution Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd ("TSA AI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Service Description

The Platform provides online educational content about Agentic AI, the Hermes Agent, and business automation tools. Services include:

• Free and paid course access organized by learning stages
• AI-powered coaching via text, image, and voice interactions
• Bilingual content delivery (English and Chinese)
• Learning progress tracking and resource downloads

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed annually at the rates displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.1 Refund Policy

Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for partially consumed content.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, images, and platform code are the intellectual property of TSA AI Solution Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or display course content
• Download or capture video/audio content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use content for commercial training without written permission

6. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach provides educational guidance based on course content. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or technical advice. TSA AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI coaching responses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass content protection measures
• Upload harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or scrape platform data
• Share account access with unauthorized users

8. Limitation of Liability

TSA AI provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness of content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

TSA AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
