We automatically collect information about your learning progress, course completions, AI chat interactions, and platform activity to personalize your experience.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. We retain transaction records (amount, date, status) for billing purposes.

2.4 AI Chat Data

Messages, images, voice recordings, and other content you share with the AI Coach are processed to provide personalized responses. Chat history is stored to maintain conversation continuity.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the platform
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Deliver personalized AI coaching experiences
  • Generate translated content in your preferred language
  • Send important account and service notifications
  • Analyze platform usage to improve our courses

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for database and authentication services
  • OpenAI / AI providers — to process AI chat and translation requests (no personal identifiers are shared with AI models)
  • Course trainers — limited to student name and course progress (no email addresses)

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

Under PDPA and applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
